The survey is included in every package price. If you decide not to proceed after the survey, nothing is owed for a standard residential visit.
We operate from Colnbrook, Slough and cover the surrounding Berkshire and Greater London area as standard. Send the postcode and we will confirm — sites further out are usually still possible with a travel allowance quoted up front.
Emergency call-out within 24 hours is available at £95 in addition to the works. Mark the request as urgent and we will confirm availability by return.

Broken line, dead ONT or a business offline? Emergency attendance within 24 hours is £95 plus the repair itself.
